George in reception was welcoming and informative . Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast had options for people that keep kosher .All utensils were paper or plastic.Great plastic cups for hot drinks. Near to shopping area.Nice pool open till 10 pm outside.Room spacious and organized well. Only downside was loud air conditioner but worked well so we just turned it off at night.

I've been going to hotels more than usual this year. I started at an expensive hotel in Austin. If I had known a Holiday Inn was so immaculate, so quiet, and had such amazing staff, I would have gone there. I'm going to talk to them today about a two-week stay. The breakfasts were great. Most of all, the staff was extremely helpful and professional. On a scale of 1 to 1o, the Holiday Inn Express Cedar Park (NW Austin) rates 110.

Nice and clean. Staff very very very nice..especially George at front desk..I was in town as my mom passed and they staff was wonderful. I felt very safe there too.

The beds are always amazing. So comfortable. And the facilities are always very clean. Also love the extra late check out option when needed. Most places only give you an extra hour.
